Description:
Position Title: Facilities Manager Location: Fort Rucker, AL Contingent Upon Contract Award Responsibilities: PD Systems has a contingent requirement for a full-time Facilities Manager to provide management and oversight of SERE training and staff support facilities of the US Army SERE C School at Fort Rucker, AL. The Facilities Manager will coordinate with the Department of Public Works (DPW) to facilitate the completion of work orders and job orders, including service orders submitted and entered into the DPW Annual Work Plan. The Facilities Manager will also monitor and provide status updates of work orders and job orders and ensure that Government facilities are adequately maintained and in accordance with DPW directives and SERE School procedures. In addition, the Facilities Manager will ensure training facilities remain in a state of mission readiness to prevent unscheduled disruptions to scheduled training events and submit weekly status reports. Education and Experience: Possess demonstrated and documented successful experience executing tasks described above. Possess the proven ability to plan, organize, and develop schedules and milestones for program goals, and monitor progress in time for corrective action to be taken. Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
