Description:
Position Title: Course Registrar Location: Fort Rucker, AL Contingent Upon Contract Award Responsibilities: PD Systems has a contingent requirement for a full-time Course Registrar to provide liaison services between the US Army Sere C School at Fort Rucker, AL, and Army units, other DoD service branches, and other Federal agencies related to student enrollment requirements. The Registrar will also perform course registration and administrative tasks, to include in-/out-processing activities of students; providing internal management of scheduled student class loads; keeping course information updated using ATRRS; performing administrative functions associated with student registration and accounting; preparing and maintaining rosters; assembling student registration packages; maintaining student graduation matrix; ensuring compliance with contractor annual training requirements; and submitting weekly status reports. Education and Experience: Must possess demonstrated and documented successful experience executing tasks described above. Must possess the proven ability to plan, organize, and develop schedules and milestones for program goals and monitor progress in time for corrective action to be taken. Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
