Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field required, but A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in a related field 4 years of progressive business experience in finance and accounting required, 6 years preferred Previous management/leadership experience a plus Experience with US and non-US multinationals preferred Exposure to information technology industry is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A strong team player with evidence of professional maturity, self-confidence and someone willing to lend support and become involved in the details of the business required. Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture required. Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to professionally communicate at all levels of the business and ability to interface effectively across multiple company departments with strong diplomacy skills required. Strong attention to detail and work ethic required. Demonstrated customer focus (both internal and external) required. Personal time management skills and organization required. Demonstrated problem solving, analytical skills and innovative thinking required. Demonstrated strong presentation, project management and team leadership skills required. Ability to embrace change, support multiple groups at one time, work well in a team environment with positive energy and adhere to WWT core values required.
