Financial Advisor Location : In-office; New Brighton, MN Hours : Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-4pm Compensation : $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience We are a close, tight-knit team that works together to deliver high-quality financial planning servicesto our clients. In your new role, you can expect to:o Manage existing client relationships.o Provide investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning advice.o Respond to client inquiries and requests.o Conduct client reviews.o Create and update financial plans in MoneyGuidePro and Right Capital.o Correspond with clients, their family members, and strategic alliances.o Continuously maintain client relationships, understanding their unique circumstances,connections, and interests.o Stay current on trends and regulations within the financial planning arena.o Continually strive to do the right thing the right way. Qualifications for this opportunity include: o Bachelor’s degree requiredo CFP® designation requiredo 5 - 8 years of experience as a financial planner providing advice on investment, tax, risk, education, and estate planning topicso Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) requiredo Ability to thrive under pressureo Excellent oral and written communication skillso Attention to detailo Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillso Relationship management skillso Positive attitude and enthusiasmo Confidence and adaptability Flexible in embracing changeo Drive to help clients and co-workerso Professionalismo Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, MoneyGuide Pro or Right Capital a pluso Experience managing a team, a plus We are committed to sourcing a diverse pool of applicants from various backgrounds.
