Description:
A company is looking for a Recruitment Officer. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate global talent acquisition for operations, media, and fundraising teams Craft job descriptions, guide hiring teams, and ensure diverse candidate pools Coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and maintain applicant tracking system Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum three years of relevant experience in non-profit or international recruiting Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; proficiency in Greenhouse is a plus Experience engaging passive candidates on LinkedIn is desirable Knowledge of HRW's mission and human rights values
