Summary A Child's Place is a private, NAEYC accredited Childcare Center serving children 6 weeks-5 years old. We are looking for an experienced, caring, and dependable teacher who exudes a passion for teaching young children. This is a full-time Infant Teaching position. This position is M-F, 40 hours a week with a rotating schedule of 8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00 or 10-6. You must have at least 1 year of teaching experience and a CDA or higher in ECE. Strong communication skills, team teaching experience, and relevant references are required. Competitive salary based on experience and education. Benefits are available. This position would start on 8/19/24. Duties Job responsibilities include: Team Teaching Creating a safe, healthy, and fun environment that promotes children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Plan and implement age appropriate activities. Communicating with families and co-teachers. Requirements At least 1 years teaching experience CDA or higher Passionate about teaching young children. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a team teaching environment. Nice To Haves Experience working in a NAEYC Accredited Center Familiar with using the CTELDS and CTDOTS Benefits Vacation/Sick/Personal Days Heath Insurance Short Term Disability
