The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. They must be a member (in Good Standing) of the Bar with 1-3 years of meaningful experience in real estate with real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters. Job Overview:Provide legal counsel and support for a wide range of real estate transactions and matters.Collaborate with senior attorneys to handle complex real estate projects and client engagements.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders involved in real estate transactions. Duties:Assist in the negotiation and preparation of real estate contracts and agreements.Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other due diligence materials.Offer legal advice and guidance on property acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.Manage real estate closings and oversee the execution of transactional documents.Support the resolution of real estate-related disputes and litigation matters. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Good Standing, preferably in Florida.1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate law.Comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions and legal principles.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Good Standing, preferably in Florida. Skills:Proficient in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
